Voting by Mail, early voting and social media links to promote voting by mail is the solution to challenges to full enfranchisement, for all. It allows plenty of time for challenges to voter registrations. Poll workers merely oversee the count and the accuracy of the mail in ballots cast and certify the pickups and transfers of the ballots to the counting house.. Identifiers and verification can be used to individualize homeless people and identify the votes of homeless persons through institutions to which they will be registered and counted, service providers and government housing agencies, for example. This process is clean and quick and promotes turnout which will be the next crowning achievement of the Democracy. When we all vote, we all win.
