If you’ve been feeling a little extra human lately, this one’s for you. Read more: https://wix.to/ViNJQwd

If you struggle with avoidance, please know this: It doesn’t mean you’re lazy or broken. For many ADHD brains, avoidance is what happens when the nervous system is overwhelmed.
I’m really honored to be talking more about this at Alan P. Brown’s Crush Your ADHD Summit (Jan 26–30, 2026) — and to be in such good company.
✨ The summit is free, online, and filled with practical, thoughtful support from 25 ADHD experts.
