Last week our 5th graders were treated to an author visit with best-selling author Jessie Janowitz. Ms. Janowitz shared about her love of storytelling and how all her experiences have shaped her as a writer. In her presentation she also explored point of view in storytelling and how that impacts a story. Every 5th grader received an autographed copy of her latest book, All The Ways To Go, courtesy of the Open Book Foundation.

Many students are enjoying the book and are already excited to read her other books, The Doughnut Fix and The Doughnut King! Happy reading everyone!
