"My high school basketball coach showed me that if you are serious about a goal and willing to put in the work, nothing can stop you. He constantly preached accountability, tenacity, and faith, which are extremely important if you are a dreamer."

What led to his career as a motivational speaker:

"I wanted to give what I never received. I never heard others share their personal journeys: the good, the bad, and the ugly. I never heard how many times they wanted to quit. I find those stories most interesting, and it is those stories that remind us that we can also reach our goals if we are willing to work, plan, create relationships, and map our goals. Better yet, NEVER QUIT!"
