We are thrilled to showcase our students from Tennessee State University and Fisk University who recently visited Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans, as part of our Sports Venue Real Estate Development Bridge Program!

In this unique partnership, our students had the incredible opportunity to learn about the new stadium through the Titans One Community Platform. They gained valuable insights into the planning, design, and operations of this exciting project at the intersection of sports and urban growth.

We are thrilled to highlight Project Destined alum, Andrew Namkoong, who recently accepted an offer to join as a Summer 2023 Investment Analyst.

Andrew is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance at and participated in the Project Destined Spring 2022 Internship as a member of Team Investment Management x TrammellCrowCompany. He later went on to become a Program Manager, leading teams with .lp and .

With a strong foundation built through our core program, Andrew joined the Greystar Investment Management and Development Bridge Program. He spearheaded the launch of the Inaugural Affordable Housing Development & Financing Bridge Program, which received backing from Housing Partnership Network, , and .

We extend our congratulations to Andrew on this exciting new chapter in his career and wish him all the best in his new role at Greystar.

Project Destined students on Team .lp recently had the opportunity to meet their fellow interns and mentors in Atlanta.

This summer, Jamestown LP sponsored 20+ undergraduate students across the country (including 10+ students in the Atlanta market) through Project Destined’s Virtual Internship Program. The team evaluated a live value-add (multifamily) investment opportunity in Atlanta.

Last week, Project Destined alums had the opportunity to meet mentors at their New York City Headquarters.

Link Logistics Real Estate trained 10 undergraduate students from Schools in the fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate, specifically focusing on an Industrial asset in Brooklyn.

The students crushed the Project Destined Spring 2022 Competition and placed second in the National Championships. This marked a monumental moment in as this was the first time students analyzed an Industrial asset.

This Spring, worked with Project Destined to train 10 undergraduate students in the Charlotte area in the fundamentals of real estate.
