Ready to make a difference at our school?
We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated parents and guardians to join the PTO Executive Board for the upcoming school year! Filling these leadership roles is vital to keeping our community thriving, and an excellent way to collaborate with school staff, advocate for our students, and help bring amazing events and resources to our classrooms. Whether you’re a master of organization or love connecting with families online, your unique talents are needed.
Positions Open and Their Responsibilities:
PTO Secretary:
- Official Record Keeper: Attend monthly meetings (every 2nd Wednesday at 4:30 pm) to take accurate minutes, tracking key discussions, motions, and voted-upon decisions.
- Digital Communication Lead: Regularly monitor and respond to incoming emails and social media messages on behalf of the PTO, ensuring questions from parents and staff are answered promptly.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging updates, flyers, and event reminders to the PTO’s social media pages to keep families informed.
- Meeting Prep Partner: Assist the President in drafting and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and reminder notices to the school community.
PTO Vice President:
- Collaborative Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with the PTO President to oversee executive board meetings, annual planning, and community events.
- Event & Committee Support: Serve as a key advisor and helping hand for various PTO committees, fundraisers, events and special projects.
- Ready to Step In: Attend all general and board meetings (every 2nd Wednesday at 4:30 pm), and stand ready to lead meetings or handle executive duties if the President is unavailable.
- Visible Campus Liaison: Act as an approachable, familiar face for parents and staff by maintaining an active, engaged presence on campus and at school events.
- Community Outreach & Partnerships: Comfortably connect with local businesses and the wider community to secure donations, promote fundraisers, and bring in exciting outside partners for school events.

Our school is officially participating in National Walk, Bike, & Roll to School Day this Wednesday, May 6th! We’re inviting all students, parents, and staff to ditch the car and use pedal or foot power to get to campus.
- Why? It’s a great way to promote healthy habits, cleaner air, and a safer, more connected community.
- Safety First: Please remember your helmets and keep an eye out for neighbors at crosswalks!
