A new Pew Research Center survey shows young adults without degrees are increasingly skeptical about the economic benefits of college. Just 25% see a four-year degree as very important for a well-paying job, with 40% viewing it as not important. High costs are a major concern. A recent Harris Poll reveals that 75% of U.S. workers didn't use their full paid time off (PTO) last year. Despite positive sentiments about their PTO policies, the average worker only took 15 days off. Alarmingly, 60% found it hard to disconnect from work even when they did take time off. Together, they partnered with Habitat for Humanity to restore homes and make a real difference in the community.
