Charlotte wrapped up her time on the road yesterday by working with the faculty & staff at the National Cathedral School in Washington DC, focusing on developing gender consciousness in teaching and in the school community. What a good time!

Yesterday marked Charlotte's 4th year of leading a workshop on teaching girls for new staff & faculty at The Hewitt School. This year's focus was "Developing a Gender Conscious Teaching Practice." It was so much fun to work with this team!
