🎯 Still juggling old and new query types in your instance? We can help!
Join our colleague Tristan Deveney for a practical webinar: "Prioritizing Legacy Queries for Migration to Configurable Joins" on November 19 at 1 EST!

If your institution implemented Slate before 2020, this session is for you! We'll share proven strategies to make your query migration process smooth and manageable. You'll learn:

How to spot which queries are actually being used (and which aren't!)
Smart ways to use Query Libraries to speed up migration
Tips for prioritizing what to tackle first based on real usage data

The best part? You'll leave with a clear action plan, whether you want to handle the migration internally or would like some extra support along the way.

Perfect for Slate captains, including Directors of Admissions Operations, CRM Administrators, and Business Analysts who want to modernize their query setup without causing headaches for their users.

Meet our interns......During the month of July, Kennedy & Company is pleased to recognize our amazing interns we have working with our team.

Bree Seiler, is a current grad student from Lawrenceville, New Jersey. She will begin her second and final year of grad school, with the goal of obtaining an MS in Public Policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy - Georgetown University.

Why did you choose K & Co for your internship?

I chose to intern at Kennedy & Company because I admired their commitment to improve higher education offerings so that they align with a schools’ strengths and their students’ needs. I was also impressed by the strong female presence in leadership positions and was excited to join a company that prioritized female empowerment.

What have you learned at K & Co so far?

At K&Co I’ve strengthened my Excel skills and learned how to use SPSS, a data analysis software. In addition to the development of these hard skills, I’ve been encouraged to speak up on client calls which has improved my ability to contribute meaningfully to meetings and strengthened my confidence in my communication skills.

What are your plans or what are you looking forward to after graduation?

After graduation I plan to stay in DC and pursue a career in consulting. The everchanging nature of a consulting career matches my wish to be constantly exposed to new topics and ideas while working to improve our current institutions.
