Outside of teaching, she enjoys spending time with family, her pup, gardening, and the beach in Florida, where she virtually teachesβproving you can bring the sunshine anywhere!

Before becoming pregnant, Stroller Strides instructor, Ali Boroson, was an avid runner and fitness class enthusiast. She loved the strength and confidence that lifting weights brought her. Upon learning of her pregnancy, she feared having to give up running and shift to a different fitness routine. However, after doing her own research, she continued to run and work out through all of her pregnancies, eventually becoming a certified pre- and postnatal fitness specialist.
This journey led her to FIT4MOM, where she now helps moms discover their power and strength, exercise safely during pregnancy and postpartum, and build a supportive community. Fun fact: in the past nine months she's ran two half-marathons... while pregnant! ππͺ
