Yesterday, hundreds of public sector workers took to the street in Richmond to protest Governor’s Spanberger’s veto of collective bargaining legislation. The legislation would have reversed a Jim Crow law and granted collective bargaining rights to half a million workers in Virginia. Together, we are powerful. We will not be left behind and we demand respect and a seat at the table. ✊✊✊

This morning over a dozen hospitality, service, education, and trades unions gathered to express support for the development of an Entertainment District in Tysons. The development would bring over 5,000 good jobs to Fairfax County—lifting thousands of local families into the middle class and supporting Fairfax schools and county services. 🔥🔥🔥
