Our fabulous environmental study student volunteers helped harvest chard, okra, tomatoes, peppers, arugula, etc. for the UDC food pantry yesterday.

We're delighted to deliver about 6 lbs of okra, chard, peppers (sweet &. hot), & cucumber to the UDC food pantry! We'll do this regularly on Thursdays.

Brave gardeners who braved the heat! We harvested a ton of okra, beets, green beans, sun gold tomatoes, cucumber & chard. We enjoyed seeing a butterflies, too: a monarch & American painted lady
