Members choose, design and implment their own projects and fundraisers while changing the lives of people throughout the Americas. PartnersCampus Chapters in our network are doing different activities commemorating the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, so are we. Today, we volunteered at the Laramie Soup Kitchen.
The Laramie Soup Kitchen works to improve the quality of life for their guests by providing nutritious meals, opportunities for social interaction, and information about other local resources.

History worth celebrating:
July 14, 2012 the first international PartnersCampus meeting took place at the Partners of the Americas (POA) headquarters in Washington DC under the leadership of Ukiah Bush. He spearheaded the PartnersCampus idea at American University. The University of Wyoming Partners of the Americas RSO was represented in 2012 with two participants and again in 2013 with one participant.
The UW Student Chapter of POA became the first chartered US PartnerCampus chapter in July 2017.
We have come a long way with a productive collaboration between the WY-POA chapter and the PartnersCampus University of Wyoming.
This fall we are jointly organizing and hosting a program for PartnersCampus leaders from Latin America, November 25-December 4. Hurray!
