Sam Stein is excited to come back as Vice President of Finance for a second semester in a row. Sam spent the first part of his summer interning at a start-up in Israel and loves middle eastern dishes, with shawarma being his favorite one. Sam is also a huge Boston sports fan and loves going to Red Sox games!

Jason Zubata is excited to return as the director of membership this spring! His experience going on birthright with AU Hillel inspired him to join AUSFI.

Raised in Miami, he grew up surrounded by music and played as a part of a percussion ensemble. When he isn’t connecting with the Israel community on campus, he spends his time working at an immigration law firm. Jason will be graduating this spring and is excited to work with an awesome board!

Lilly is a freshman at AU from Houston TX and is so excited to be the director of communications this semester! This is her first semester with AUSFI, and Lilly has gained her experience in communications in her Chapter 63 in BBYO as well as being the publicity and communications director of a cultural diversity club at her high school.

Some fun facts about Lilly: She’s majoring in PR, she models for a clothing company, and she plans on joining Peace Corps after college

Josh Anthony is a freshman at AU and is very excited to put on meaningful, fun, and engaging programs as the director of programming this semester! Josh brings previous programming experience from JYI Shabbat and Shabbat-in-a-box at Hillel, and hopes to go bigger and bolder this semester than ever before.

A few facts to know about Josh: He loves to play soccer and keep up with physical fitness. He studies IR at AU's SIS and loves to hike. Also, he is a vegetarian.

Lindsay Schawelson is a freshman at AU and is excited to be the Vice President of AUSFI for her second semester on the executive board! She has had previous leadership experience with her temple, and she also helped to plan the March for Our Lives in Phoenix.

A few fun facts about Lindsay: her favorite food is mac n' cheese and she is left handed.

Ayelet Sheffey is very excited to be the president of AUSFI this semester! This is her third semester on the executive board, and after having an incredible time on the birthright trip with AU Hillel this past summer, she is even more motivated to plan an event-filled semester for AUSFI.

In her free time, Ayelet enjoys running, catching up on Netflix and drinking coffee. A fun fact about her is that half of her family is Israeli!
