Honored and grateful to be selected for the Baltimore Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2026! 🎮🏆

This recognition represents the journey of building the Morgan State University esports program and watching it grow into something truly special:
🏆 13 championships including a MEACSports MEAC title
💰 More than $500,000 generated through scholarships, winnings, and donations

It also represents the work we are doing through REAL digitizED to build Maryland’s esports ecosystem and create pathways connecting gaming with education, digital literacy, workforce development, and economic opportunity.

A special thank you to Dr. Reginald Moore of Baltimore City Baltimore City Rec & Parks and Director Roslyn Johnson of Annapolis Recreation and Parks for trusting our vision and giving us the opportunity to launch esports programming in their communities.

Thank you to Morgan State University, our students, the REAL digitizED team, our community partners, mentors, family, friends, and everyone who believed in the vision.

This honor is a milestone, not the finish line. We’re just getting started.

The work continues. 🎮🐻

Stepping into 39 with a full heart and a clear purpose.

Year 38 was a season of laying low, building, and trusting God’s direction. A lot of the biggest wins happened privately, not posted but deeply felt, and they made an even greater impact on the youth of Baltimore and beyond through REAL digitizED.

I prayed, put in the work, protected my peace, and kept my hands clean. I let God spin the block on everything and everyone that tried to play in my face.

I’m grateful to keep walking in obedience, betting on myself, and following the calling God placed on my life. Here’s to my final year in my 30s and everything that’s still ahead. 💪🏾✨

I had the incredible honor of speaking on a panel at my first ever 🙌🏾

I was blown away by the energy, scale, and variety of the event. Shoutout to George Hinton, founder of BlerDCon, and a special thank you to Dr. Bryant O. Best for connecting me with Javon Goard , founder of The B.L.A.D.E Initiative.

I’m super excited for next year’s theme: Wrestling! I’ll be popping out as The Rock 🤣😂

In this clip, I share my approach to student development, helping youth handle stress, build positive coping skills, and unplug in these challenging times.

Let’s keep building and empowering our youth!

Honored to be nominated in two categories at the 2026 Awards: Excellence in Education and Social & Economic Change.

This recognition reflects the powerful work happening through creating pathways into tech, esports, and innovation for young people who deserve access, opportunity, and ownership in the digital age. Every workshop, every tournament, every mentorship moment is about building leaders who can compete, create, and change their communities.

Grateful to Black in Gaming for the nomination and to every student, partner, and supporter who makes this mission possible. The work continues. 🎮✨

Grateful to be invited to speak about my journey of creating on last night’s panel at hosted be Loyola University’s Rizzo Career Center, in collaboration with the Black Student Association.

Every step of my journey is mine, and I hope it inspires you to follow your own path.

Quick correction from the panel: I meant 1,200 students, not 12,000. Trust me, we will surpass that as the work continues though! 💪🏾

Did not make it to the finals, but this was still a win. Grateful for the opportunity to pitch, sharpen my skills, and spread the story of the impact continues to make. Built some solid connections and left energized for what is coming next. This is just another step in the journey.

Salute to the team for a well put together event!

2025 has proven that my voice has real power. It is funny because I was a quiet kid who sat back observing everything. Now I get to speak about how I use video games to impact communities and change lives. God really be spinning the block with these plot twists!

Excited to share that I have been selected as a semi-finalist to pitch REAL digitizED at the Techsgiving Startup Pitch Competition in Washington, DC. I will join 9 amazing Founders as we compete for $10K. Semi-finals are Thursday morning and if I make it to the final round then I hit the Main Stage Friday at 4:15 PM.

Grateful for the opportunity to build, share, and grow with the Techsgiving community.
