Join us on Monday, June 15 for a Thurgood Marshall College Fund Faculty and Staff Network Engagement discussing "Living Your Institution's Values," presented by Gallup. This session will explore how institutional values are truly experienced through everyday interactions, decisions and leadership behaviors across campus.

Grounded in Gallup’s "Four Needs of Followers" (hope, trust, compassion and stability), this session will help you:

◾Reflect on how values come to life.
◾Learn how your unique strengths can support the institution's mission.
◾Translate shared values into specific behaviors that strengthen teams, student interactions and cross-campus partnerships.

This session is open to all faculty and staff at member schools. All attendees will receive a certificate upon completion.
