We’re celebrating Erin Novak’s one-year workiversary at MissionWired! 🥳 As a people ops specialist, Erin manages the overall benefits and leave administration for the company. Most recently, she was wrapped up in our annual benefits open enrollment, answering employee questions so our staff could make informed decisions.
She’s also excited about exploring innovative practices and programs to enrich the employee experience and is particularly proud of the enhanced Reproductive and Parenthood Support policy we launched, as it casts a wider net of individuals who can benefit from it! We’re celebrating Kylie Montgomery’s first year at MissionWired!! ✨In her role as an account representative, Kylie works on the creative and production sides of direct mail campaigns – including the copy and art. She also manages client and internal team communications.
She recently led a few cross-program campaigns – like mid-level fundraising and donor reinstatement – with Humane World for Animals, previously having worked on the appeals program.

Benji started writing for a handful of our nonprofit and political accounts’ mail programs. Throughout the year, he has taken on digital and integrated accounts, now including social media and email. (In short, he types a lot.)
