Thought it was interesting that I came across this photo of John Lewis at the Parish Gallery here in DC from 2006. The occasion was the opening reception at an exhibit of the Benny Andrew's series on Bloody Sunday in 1965 at the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma. It seems Trump had no idea of the events Lewis was involved in that help moved America to becoming great.
Ran across a photo of Norman Parish and John Lewis this evening. Lewis was the guest speaker at the opening of the Benny Andrew's exhibit at the Parish Gallery in 2006, commemorating Bloody Sunday.
