As we close out 2025, we’re taking time to reflect on something truly extraordinary: our donors, champions, and believers in the promise of every young man we serve at Washington Jesuit Academy.

This season is about gratitude… and opportunity.

We are humbled to share that the Alice + Eugene Ford Foundation has pledged $20,000 to match gifts made to WJA’s Impact Fund before December 31, 2025 -- meaning your support will go twice as far for our students and alumni. Every dollar becomes two. Every act of generosity multiplies. Every gift carries another young man further.

This morning our 4th graders welcomed Washington Jesuit Academy’s Auxiliary Board with wide smiles and brave hands raised to share their voices. In reading, students regularly read poetry as a way to improve reading fluency – today the boys shared some winter poems with our guests. Over breakfast, something powerful happened - students and young professionals connected, laughed, and reminded one another what belief looks like in action.

Our Auxiliary Board is made up of tomorrow’s philanthropists - young leaders who invest their time and resources to lift up our boys and spread WJA’s mission. Today, they gave our students something even greater than a meal: they gave the gift of being seen, heard, and believed in.

This is how tomorrow’s leaders are nurtured — one moment of belief at a time.
