2024 SEED School Graduation Livestream

Our scholars are ready to travel and learn this summer! Summer travel begins with our scholars that are headed to Jamaica 🇯🇲 w/ for a week of service projects and cultural immersion. Our depart the next day for a two week cultural experience in Greece 🇬🇷. A week later our scholars travel to Brazil 🇧🇷 for a service learning and cultural exchange w/ our partner . During the month of July a scholar joins for a month long internship learning about the European Union in Germany 🇩🇪. Followed by scholars who will train w/ the summer academy workshopping a new Broadway, Jr. musical in New York City! We are so excited for 25 amazing scholars to take on the world this summer!

What a great day of CELEBRATION Our scholars are college-bound!

SEED staff are awesome! Today, Mr. Murphy and Dr. Bagley were invited to The Executive Office Building of The White House for The White House Initiative on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for Black Americans Educator Appreciation Mixer.

Today was National School Lunch Hero Day. Shout out to our school lunch heroes at for feeding us well. We appreciate you!

Congratulations to our SEED Scholars who completed and earned their Medical Ascension Certificate during the break! Our scholars earned health-industry standard certifications while learning real-world clinical skills. SEED Scholars received certifications in some or all of the following pathways:

Our Class of 2024 scholars are starting to narrow their choices down. We can't wait until College Decision Day to see where our seniors announce where they will soar off to in August/September. Graduation and freshman year of college are near.

Falcon Families, it’s Re-enrollment Time! Check your inbox, junk, & spam folders so you don’t miss it.

The deadline to complete re-enrollment is May 1st. The first 150 students whose families complete re-enrollment by the May 1st deadline will receive the highly sought after 2024 SEED Falcons sweatshirt. The families of those students will receive a swag item and be entered into a raffle. In addition, we will have weekly incentive prizes for the first 20 students whose re-enrollment is completed by the end of each week leading up to the May 1st deadline.

Here are some snapshots of SEED Scholars who participate in the Medical Ascension program (where they learn the ins and outs of being a Youth Health Advisor) as they learned about how they can help their friends with a mental health or substance use challenge or crisis and to better understand their own mental health.

Every weekend, Stage celebrates the transformative power of education and the invaluable role of educators as part of their production of TEMPESTUOUS ELEMENTS. 💗📚🌩️

This Saturday, they will honor our very own Dr. LaMar Bagley. A dedicated arts educator, Dr. Bagley has spent the last 18 years as the Producing Artistic Director of the internationally recognized . CONGRATULATIONS DR. BAGLEY!
