Ta**ra is falling in love with the world in every moment, over and over… everything else is just a way to get there. So today I’m practicing at a café in Glastonbury.

Very pleased to announce I've been asked to teach at the Ta**ra4GayMen Ta**ra Love Festival this August in Glastonbury. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet other men interested in ta**ra, deepen your practice, and maybe pick up a few new tricks. Hope to see you there!

The Tantrik five-layered self | Cit - the power of awareness | 06/06

The ultimate essence of our being resides in the realm of absolute nondual nonlocal Consciousness, also known as cit or saṃvit. This Consciousness is beyond all other layers and permeates them, enabling us to be aware of their existence. It is the enigmatic pulsating core of our entire existence, omnipresent yet often unnoticed. Unveiling this layer of self is challenging as it is the very power that facilitates our understanding. Similarly, perceiving it proves difficult as it is the force behind every act of perception. It stands as the core element that cannot be objectified. This Consciousness is intrinsically intertwined with the supreme Divinity, the essence that flows through all things. It embraces all and is present in every form.

The Tantrik philosophy challenges us to contemplate the very essence of our constructed sense of self. It beckons us to question the core of our identity and where it resides. At what level do we find ourselves constantly fixating our consciousness?

Fall Spells no.10

“Every human is fragile and soft, subject to changes and losses that aren’t in our control. We can’t command the weather, other people, or a pandemic. And though there’s nothing wrong with using our actions to help prevent harm and contribute to beneficial and healthy conditions for ourselves and others, the outcomes are not up to us.”

A practice for letting go of our illusion of control and relaxing into the present moment
