In January, our DHHCRC team was honored to attend the Healing & Hope Symposium, where experts, survivors, and community members came together to address the critical issue of human trafficking. We tabled at the event to share Deaf and Hard of Hearing-specific resources for survivors, helping to raise awareness and ensure accessible support for all. 💙✨

Collaboration is key in creating safer, more informed communities. Let’s continue to advocate, educate, and take action!

Mental health literacy means understanding mental health, recognizing challenges, and knowing how to seek support. For Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals, access to this knowledge is essential for well-being.
✨ Why It Matters:
✅ Helps break stigma around mental health 🏳️
✅ Encourages early support & self-advocacy ⏳
✅ Strengthens communication & emotional well-being 💬
✅ Increases access to culturally and linguistically appropriate resources 📚
