🚨Medal Monday Alert! 🚨 🥇🥈🥉

Nicole took her newly acquired bike handling skills out to play at the Scratch n Denton Gravel Grinder this weekend! It was a relatively flat course which made for a fast day on varied surfaces. This was a brand new event that features sections of road, sand, packed dirt, and of course some gravel, so there was a little of everything! Great work this weekend 💪🏼

Andy gave a good effort at the North East Olympic Aquabike on Sunday. Despite a tough swim, he clawed back time on the rolling bike course

Frederic participated in the Blue Ridge Gran Fondo and finished mid pack despite having to chase back onto the pack after a mechanical and bee sting

The summer isn’t over yet! ☀️

🚨Medal Monday Alert! 🚨 🥇🥈🥉

So very proud of Nikki as she completed her first ever 5k! It was a great first experience all-around, complete with an intro to “Type 2 fun.” 🤩

Laura P raced the MD Heat 50k however missed the 2nd lap cutoff by a few minutes. The weather and terrain combo bested quite a few participants

Andy took a rain check on Luray due to forecasted thunderstorms, but stay tuned for the pivot!

Mid summer racing is in full swing! Three athletes are taking part in three different events

Andy’s season debut comes late this season at the Luray Olympic Aquabike. The beautiful scenery will make up for all those hills

Nikki is stepping up to her first ever starting line at the Tunnel to Tower 5k - Central NY. I’m proud of the result already

Laura P is starting her first 50k for …a while… at the Maryland Heat 50k

Good luck and have fun!!

🚨Medal Monday Alert! 🚨 🥇🥈🥉

Coach Joanne is back from a mid-season break and a slew of updates about some great results over the past few weeks!

Karen and Kate competed in the Culpeper Sprint & Olympic Triathlons, respectively. Karen had a strong performance on a hilly course and came away with 5th AG. Kate powered over the hills to take 1st AG!

Mary hopped into the Dragon Fly Sprint Triathlon in Mississippi at the last minute and had a great time racing at a new (to her) venue

David & Mary raced open water at the DCAC OWS 5k & 2.5k, respectively. This was just the warmup for their next event

The Casco Bay SwimRun was a smashing success for Mary and her partner, Lauren, as they took 4th in the women’s team event for the Sprint distance

Michelle entered the Great Loon Triathlon in Maine and had a day full of fun, including a “typical Maine trail run”

Congratulations and well done!

Three athletes are taking on triathlons this weekend!

Karen & Kate are braving the hills in Culpeper, VA tomorrow for a Sprint and Olympic distances, respectively. The weather should be cooler than last year and I know that both will be flying!

Mary is hopping into the Fore Fly Sprint Triathlon in Mississippi on a whim! It will be a good, high intensity training session with a bunch of new friends

Good luck & have fun!
