From April 28-30, our Spring 2026 graduates presented their final Capstone projects in front of friends, family, fellow classmates, faculty advisors, partner organizations, and other members of our community. Reflejos is a digital collection of academic reflections that CLAS assembles and distributes annually. Reflejos serves as a platform for CLAS students, alumni, visiting scholars, and faculty to share written work on themes relevant to Latin America and the Caribbean. Developed from — and contributing to — CLAS outreach, teaching, and research, Reflejos aims to enrich the community of Latin Americanists and researchers at Georgetown and beyond. CLAS will welcome Her Excellency Maria Luiza Ribeiro Viotti, Brazil’s Ambassador to the U.S., as part of its Ambassador Series. The Series is designed to provide the CLAS and Georgetown University community an opportunity to meet and have a conversation with the region’s Ambassadors about contemporary issues impacting their country and the hemisphere.
