Gracias a la Periodista, Carolina Cruz de Telemundo, por mostrar el trabajo que està haciendo CENAES durante 21 años, 10 lugares de clases en DC, MD y VA, 25 profesores voluntarios, màs de 3 mil estudiantes graduados... que han cambiado sus vidas mediante la alfabetización y ahora están estudiando Inglés.

Existen más de 50,000 hermanos adultos latinos no pueden leer ni escribir en Español en el DMV.

Sabemos la situación actual, el Inglés es el idioma oficial, pero, sabemos que una persona adulta que no sabe una estructura gramatical en su idioma (Verbos, Adjetivos, Sustantivos, uso del punto, la coma...letras mayusculas...Ortografía, etc.), en su lenguaje, no podrá aprender otro idioma.

'La educación es un derecho humano fundamental que permite sacar a los hombres y las mujeres de la pobreza, superar las desigualdades y garantizar un desarrollo sostenible. El derecho a una educación de calidad está indisolublemente ligado a la Declaración de los Derechos Humanos y a muchos otros instrumentos normativos internacionales, que son el resultado del trabajo conjunto de las UNESCO y las Naciones Unidas'.
