Let's be clear: Misinterpretation is expensive.
Women feel rage about the state of the world. The violence. The injustice. But we are taught to fear that rage. We are taught to eradicate it. We are taught to calm down, meditate it out, bite our tongue or a multitude of ways to suppress what's natural given the environment.
Not knowing how to be with this energy can be devastating. It also leaves us stewing, ineffective, and exhausted.
We need a reorientation. We need to stop seeing our body signals as problems. We need to start using our sense perception to feel our way into our knowing.
Anger is a potent and needed emotion. It's the energy for liberation, the energy that says "No more." It is the force that builds the new world.
When you work with your anger instead of trying to erase it, you find your clarity. You find your voice. You find your power.

Raise your hand if you've ever felt like a failure because you snapped at your kid or yelled at a coworker over something tiny. ๐โ๏ธ
You wake up with a plan. You start breakfast. You sit down to work. Then the phone rings. Your email pings. Your kiddo drops a glass.
Suddenly, you are standing in the kitchen staring at burnt toast. You feel a rising heat in your face. Loud curse words spill from your mouth.
We often think this is a character flaw. "I'm just too stressed." "I'm not patient enough."
But in my 16 years as an acupuncturist and coach, I've seen this pattern a thousand times. It's not a flaw. It's a physiological jam.
In the season of Wood (Spring), our energy is meant to surge forward. When it hits a wall, it presses back. That pressure is what you feel as frustration, anger or rage. It feels like a gear grinding in your chest. Like the path you saw in your mind has vanished, replaced by a wall of WTF?
Most leadership coaching tries to fix the mind. They tell you to "reframe your thoughts." But if your body is stuck in fight-or-flight, you're trying to drive a car with the parking brake on.
My work isn't about adding more tools to your mental toolkit. It's about removing your version of the physical brake.

Most of us have been listening our whole lives. And yet, one of the top complaints people have about their doctors is that nobody listens.
Not misdiagnosis. Not wait times.

We assume listening is automatic. Our ears work, so we must be doing it.
But here's what nobody taught us:
Listening is a choice.
You can listen for possibility. You can listen to connect. You can listen as empty space, just letting someone's words move through you without needing to fix, advise, or respond.
And you can ask someone: *how do you want me to listen to you right now?*
That one question changed a client's relationship with her sister. One conversation. Years of friction, gone.
You can also tell someone how you need to be heard.

*Ask me questions, that's how I want you to listen.*
This is agency most of us didn't know we had.
Not a communication technique. A leadership skill rooted in the body, because when someone is truly present with you, something in you relaxes before you've registered why.
