What can you take off your plate today?
So often in life when I'm super stressed I think adding something like yoga, meditation, fancy home cooked meals will be the answer.
It's usually the opposite.
What can you stop doing today?
It's the meal thing for me-- Wednesday is my long teaching day. It's the most straightforward meal of the week. Tonight's dinner is gluten-free chicken nuggets mixed with bag salad and put into a wrap along with roasted vegetables and whatever fresh fruit I pick with my eyes closed.
