Any football fans here? ⚽️🔥

Talk about a crazy timeline: first, I watch Jamie Vardy play live in Rome (Cremonese vs. Roma), and just a few weeks later, I’m in the studio voicing him for an official Netflix release!

If you’re down for some 2010s Premier League nostalgia and pure football passion, you need to watch “Untold UK: Jamie Vardy”. It’s a powerful documentary about an unbelievable player, and I’m incredibly proud to have given him my voice.

Now streaming on Netflix. Enjoy the ride! 🎧🍿

When a crowd gets loud, weak speakers beg: «Excuse me, please be quiet.»

Big mistake. The moment you ask for permission to speak, you lose your authority.

High-status pros don’t beg for quiet. They use these 4 simple steps:

1. THE PAUSE: Stop talking. Stand still and stare directly at the loudest person. Heavy silence forces people to shut up.

2. THE VOICE: Never shout. Drop your volume and speak in a low, calm tone. Make them fight to hear you.

3. THE TRICK: Whisper to the front row: «While they’re distracted, let me tell you the most important part...»

4. THE QUESTION: Target the main troublemaker. Ask them calmly: «Do you need a minute to finish, or can we start?» Watch them fold.

Stop begging for attention. Own the room.

Football full of not only great moments and goals, but also full of inspirations and motivations from players and coaches ⚡️

Mikel Arteta’s recent locker room speech wasn’t just about football- it was a masterclass in visual storytelling. By holding a simple lightbulb in a dark room, he transformed a dry tactical briefing into an unforgettable emotional experience.

Why did this go viral? Because it followed the three pillars of elite communication:

1. The Visual Anchor
People forget 90% of what they hear, but they never forget what they see. The bulb wasn’t a prop; it was a metaphor for energy. One light can ignite a whole room—just as one player’s mindset can ignite a team.

2. High-Tech World, “High-Touch” Connection
Arteta leaned into Emotional Intelligence (EQ). He moved away from the “what” (tactics) and focused on the “why” (connection). In a world of data and analytics, we still crave raw, human sincerity.

3. The Power of Atmosphere
He didn’t just speak; he orchestrated the environment. Using darkness, silence, and a single point of light amplified the weight of every word.

So, true leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about knowing how to spark a light in others when things look dark.

My student`s know: the best speeches aren’t read from a script - they are born where authenticity meets creativity.

Many people think that Vecna’s voice in “Stranger Things” is all computer processing. But actor Jamie Campbell Bower does it live! 🤯

It’s a perfect example of absolute control over the vocal apparatus. Here are 3 techniques he uses ⬇️

👉 Vocal Fry
This is the foundation of Vecna’s “crackle.” Relax your vocal cords as much as possible and make a sound like you just woke up and are beyond exhausted (“a-a-a...”). The sound should resemble a creaking door, not a rasp.

👉 Lowered Larynx (The “Yawn” Effect)
To make the voice voluminous and “cavernous,” you need to lower your larynx. Try to yawn with your mouth closed. Feel how the root of your tongue goes down, creating a dome in your throat? Maintain this position while speaking.

👉 Support and Breath
Vecna doesn’t whisper — he speaks with a flow of air. Engage your diaphragm: the sound should come from the chest, not get stuck in the throat. Add a slow tempo and sharp diction.

⚠️ Important: If you feel pain or a scratchy sensation — stop! This voice is created through relaxation and volume, not through vocal cord tension.

In the Stranger Things finale, Dustin didn’t just give a graduation speech. He gave a masterclass in high-stakes communication 🔥

Why was it a masterclass in communication skill?

👉 Total openness: He didn’t start with “congratulations.” He started with “I’m pi**ed off.” In a world of fake smiles, raw honesty is your most powerful tool. When you aren’t afraid of your own truth, the audience is yours.

👉 The Power of Reframing: The town saw a tragedy; Dustin introduced the concept of “Good Chaos”—the kind that forces us to grow and change a broken system. A top-tier communicator doesn’t argue with facts; they change what those facts mean.

👉 Breaking the script: That moment he ripped off his graduation gown to show his Hellfire Club shirt? That’s called a “visual anchor.” He didn’t just say he was different; he showed it. Communication isn’t just about words; it’s about the conviction behind them.

This is exactly what I teach in my School of Communication AMBIDEXTER. I don’t teach you how to “stand straight” or “speak clearly.” I teach you how to hack the room, own the narrative, and speak so powerfully that people have no choice but to listen.

See you on session’s where you will improve your communication and will impress people by your speeches 😉

In 1940, Charlie Chaplin’s speech in The Great Dictator wasn’t just cinema - it was a high-stakes act of defiance that changed Hollywood forever.

Here is why it remains the ultimate power move:

1️⃣ The Ultimate Bet

Hollywood was terrified of losing the European market and told Chaplin not to make the film.
The Fact: Chaplin ignored them and put up $2M of his own money to fund it.
The Lesson: Real influence starts where your comfort zone ends. If you believe in the message, bet on yourself.

2️⃣ Breaking the Silence

Chaplin waited 13 years after the invention of sound to finally let his iconic “Little Tramp” speak.
The Fact: He used that first moment not for a joke, but for a 6-minute human rights manifesto.
The Lesson: Don’t just speak because you have a platform. Speak because you have something worth saying.

3️⃣ The Price of Truth

This speech turned Chaplin into a target for the FBI, eventually leading to his exile from the US for 20 years.
The Fact: He sacrificed his career in America to stand by his words.
The Lesson: Leadership is about taking responsibility for the consequences of your truth.

💡 Your Takeaway

Chaplin proved that one voice, fueled by conviction, is louder than any empire. He didn’t just read a script; he engineered the future.
Your voice is your power. Don’t wait for permission to be heard. The world might challenge you today, but it will quote you for decades.
Look up! 🚀
