Under the theme "Leading Tunisia's Future Through Innovation", the Symposium united more than a decade of TJSP alumni for dynamic discussions on leadership, innovation, and impact; featured a showcase of alumni-led initiatives; and celebrated the program's legacy in empowering the next generation of Tunisia's leaders and fostering strong ties with the United States.

Thomas Jefferson Scholarship Program (TJSP) alumni leverage their professional leadership skills honed in the United States for employment opportunities upon returning home.

In a 2023 independent evaluation, TJSP alumni reported higher rates of employment in comparison to their peers who did not complete the program.
