
First time back on my mat after giving birth. It was a humbling experience. My hips and back don’t feel the same. I feel more limited with my movement and my core just don’t feel strong as before. This photo is from years ago when I felt strong physically. Months or years from today, I’d like to look back and remember the humbling feeling and hopefully feel a new found strength. For now, I am learning to engage and surrender just as how I am trying to approach motherhood. I am evolving into a new version of myself.
