For their Congressional representatives blocked from voting in Congress? Is this Equal protection under the law? Is this a violation of the Voting Rights Act Section 2 ?

We've used up our rope in burning fossil fuels and letting it into the atmosphere full stop.
In truth, the emissions are the primary concern not the extraction. in many places.
But I think the stuff we know as fossil fuels much more valuable unburned and used as fossil materials for organic manufacturing, of which just having plant life do some activities for us directly as a very real low energy high solar usage efficiency plan work

I don't think permitting should, almost ever, unless its like, we can build a natural gas storage facility inside this active volcano with our new xxtra layers of concrete around nuclear waste, uh why? a permitting process to take longer than at max a year, and that's like a mountain top removal or something complex or un precedented

Broadly speaking I want a full audit of all the resources in all of the states, then the questions and issues we would expect for permitting would be known,or just some gap readings to look at environmental impacts.

If I found out Congress wasn't doing the Constitution right, I would be okay with that. Because I trust Congress to do what's best..

So I am supposed to do a content release every friday for the The Call for Unity for the past 12 years or so, but its kind of important, finding ways to save the world without like, stressing too hard, partly cuz me, and partly cuz you, doing stuff with the lots and lots and lots of other people, doing small stuff, studying listening speaking well, questing to know, use better resources, the meet up and share local musicetc. The other part is living green, and developing next generation housing that turns your rent liabilities into assets we will use to build some George Jetson like -(super scientifical genius) Super future homes, building envelope, sun tubes, sound insulation, a few, maybe a lot of glass houses, strong enough for thrown stones, but probably not ones thrown from space. But who would want to talk about that boring old stuff? Space elevators and presidential campaigns that are literally a circus. So, yeah global heating is pretty bad, but I do know how to fix it, and also kinda jumpstart with a 9 trillion dollar global plan, but 7 trillion domestically and at least 5 trillion from the private sector, so net revenue neutrall to the US government, with jobs wherever there are people. Cross all 50-55 states, a competition to develop mass transit road traffic solutions with technology, refocusing curriculums in schools towards building building building and the stem connected with it. We will also need a life and resource cenusus, as well as building medicine home economics and exercise habits into both the kids in school and the grandparents life transition, and group excercise in places built to make it easier and less expensive to live great happy lives, but ones with challenge and meaning but not so much need for hustle, and more need for fun then in our working family building days......... concepts we study and learn from the massive more actual unbiased truths that we have available to us from the mass of humanity. Lessons that can be learned without giving up our privacy, and its all sort of packed in the plans it will take a while to explain all of but here is the start. I do gotta do some real fundraising so caveat emptor , but this is some good stuff we're gonna be doing...... I just had to let it out only been writing it. in forms that would make your ears/eyes bleed. Nah not really- its a lot of the look at what was a pattern of pretty obviously racist behaviors. But this is all off the top of the dome
So it is a very disrepresentative version of all the things I've found, but sometimes that kinda poison is tough to keep in. Say whatever you want as long as you are honest, I learn more from criticism than empty praise. I do reserve the right to push back some on conclusions though
