Your appointment time will be 15-minutes.
The meeting will either be by phone or video conference (please indicate which one you prefer when you sign up).
Remember to enter your phone number for a Phone Conference (teacher will call) OR an email for a Video Conference (teacher will send invite for you to join the video call).
Please sign up by Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. as we need to plan accordingly and send invites to families.
