Students interested in government procurement, construction, infrastructure, disputes, or project delivery should consider submitting.
Students may submit either:
• A newsletter-style piece of 1,000 to 2,000 words
• A law journal-style article
• A paper written during the semester, so long as the topic is relevant to construction law
Submissions are due June 30, 2026.
The winning student will receive national recognition from the ABA Forum on Construction Law, a $1,000 cash prize, travel expenses to the Fall Meeting 2026 in Boston, a first-place plaque, and a one-year Forum membership. A second-place winner may also be recognized, and all participants will be considered for publication in a Forum publication.
