It's weekend please sleep.
Try this tips this weekend:
Drink up. No, not alcohol, which can interfere with sleep.
Exercise . Physical activity can improve sleep, though researchers aren't completely sure why.
Go dark. Switch off lights from devices and bulb.

π INSOMNIA causes a very poor sleeping habit coupled with depression and anxiety πͺπ΄. Insomnia which is closely related to psychiatric disorders, occurring as an accompanying symptom or as an aetiological factorπ± which is suffered by about a third of the general population suffers from insomnia symptoms and about 10% fulfils the criteria for a sleep disorder in Nigeria ( lowkey π should be the number one contributor).
