Big congratulations to the 25 graduates of the ADEI Technician Training Program!
Hosted at Montgomery College, the ceremony celebrated students receiving their Certificates of Completion from the Maryland Department of Labor. Leaders from Montgomery and Prince George’s County workforce programs, local dealership sponsors, and community supporters joined in to recognize their achievements.
We were honored to hear from Councilwoman Jolene Ivey, Senator Chris Van Hollen, and Councilmember Andrew Friedson, who shared words of encouragement and pride for the next generation of skilled technicians.

We had the chance to speak with automotive tech students at Fairfax High School—and the future looks bright. Several are already working at Virginia dealerships and will transition into full-time roles after graduation. Next stop: NOVA Community College this fall!
