The Gamma Alpha Phi Chapter is proud to recognize Bro. K’Shawn McNair as one of our Spring 2026 graduates.

Bro. McNair graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a minor in Emergency Health Services.

This summer, Bro. McNair is already working as an ER Technician at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina.

And in the Fall, Bro. McNair will begin a Master of Health Sciences at Meharry Medical College.

Bro. Conley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, minor in International Affairs (concentrated in International Politics).

This summer and for the future, Bro. Conley is continuing his work as an K-12 educator!

The Gamma Alpha Phi Chapter is proud to recognize Bro. Salmoncain Smith-Shomade as one of our Spring 2026 graduates.

Bro. Smith-Shomade graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication, minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

This summer, Bro. Smith-Shomade is working and saving for more education in the Fall: a Master of Urban Planning & Policy at the University of Illinois Chicago.

The Gamma Alpha Phi Chapter engaged in two service events this past week.

On Friday, Bro. McNair and Bro. Smith-Shomade prepared and handed out over 100+ sandwiches for those in need.

On Sunday morning, Bros. McNair, Smith-Shomade, and Conley served alongside the ladies of the Xi Sigma Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., in food preparation at the Loaves and Fishes organization.

This past Saturday, the graduating seniors of the Gamma Alpha Phi Chapter were recognized by the Sigma Sigma Sigma Chapter alongside the Alpha Chapter and Epsilon Psi Chapter, all of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

The chapter especially thanks and for their brotherhood, mentorship, guidance, and support over these years. 🤘🏿

Join the men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., this Friday, April 24 for a quick sandwich-making session.

All sandwiches will be given to those in need around D.C., especially our Foggy Bottom community.
