Today, CCNS remains true to its goal – providing a child-centered learning en

vironment in which the parents are encouraged to take an active role. Located in the former Washington Crossing Elementary School, CCNS is situated on two beautiful acres of Bucks County countryside. While maintaining its old-fashioned schoolhouse charm, the building continually evolves to meet the needs of a modern, progressive nursery school. With three classrooms, an All-Purpose Room complete with a family lending library, and a well-equipped, spacious playground with a nature trail, our children have a comfortable, safe environment in which to learn and grow.

We are looking for creative, enthusiastic and nurturing candidates for the following positions:

Bright and Busy Mornings Lead Enrichment Teacher- A Lead Teaching Candidate must have a BA/BS in Early Childhood or Elementary Education or Private Academic Certification. Prior experience working with preschool aged students preferred. Hours for the 2026-2027 school year will be Mondays and Thursdays 8:30am- 12:00pm

Bright and Busy Mornings Assistant - A teacher assistant must be a high school graduate of 18 years or older, be of good character, and demonstrate personal qualifications for working with children. Prior experience working with preschool aged children preferred. Hours for the 2026-2027 school year will be Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30am-12:00pm

Adventures in STEM Assistant Teacher - Must be a high school graduate of 18 years or older, be of good character, and demonstrate personal qualifications for working with children. Prior experience working with preschool aged children preferred. Hours for the 2026-2027 school year will be Mondays from 11:00am-2:30pm.

Creative Arts Assistant Teacher - Must be a high school graduate of 18 years or older, be of good character, and demonstrate personal qualifications for working with children. Prior experience working with preschool aged children preferred. Hours for the 2026-2027 school year will be Fridays from 11:00am-2:30pm

Lunch and Learn Teacher - Must be a high school graduate of 18 years or older, be of good character, and demonstrate personal qualifications for working with children. Prior experience working with preschool aged children preferred. Hours for the 2026-2027 school year will be Wednesdays from 10:45am-1:15pm

Today our Pre-K students released their butterflies after watching them grow from caterpillars to chrysalises and finally into butterflies over the past few weeks. 🦋 It was such a fun and special hands on experience for the children to witness each stage up close.
