It’s important to note that UnScripted Productions and Will Dennis | Improv in Ed are NOT for everyone.

We only fit in schools and communities making an investment in people, human skills, character development, and collaboration that drives impact and culture.

Many schools are prioritizing AI policies, test scores, and “rigor.” Valid goals, to be sure… just not our lane.

We build the conditions and behaviors where humans are empowered to do something with the outputs. In other words, we are less concerned with IF a student or teacher can use AI, and more concerned with HOW they use it to change the world.

OMG— turns out people WANT to get along. I know, I know… wild concept, but our first iteration of Purple on Purpose: Improv for Civil
Discourse confirmed it.

15 people. No agenda, no debate, no politics, no villainizing. Just curious listening, a willingness to accept and meet one another as human beings so we might come together… one person, one encounter, one conversation at a time.

And so…. We’re running to back! On September 24, we are running Purple on Purpose again. Come join the momentum, shape a movement, and learn how to leverage the principles of improv to promote productive dialogue.

The first ever PURPLE ON PURPOSE workshop is in the books.

What started as a moment is starting a movement.

So much was learned in just two hours. The power of improv continues to defy any boundaries or parameters. It can (and will) change lives and bring us back together.

When we accept (not agree) we can start finding commonality.

As Father Greg Boyle at Homeboy Industries would say, “It’s hard to demonize someone you know.”
