Looking for a fun way to improve your balance, strength, mobility, and overall well-being?

Join us in Herbster for Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance, an evidence-based program designed to help adults stay active, mobile, and independent while reducing the risk of falls.

The 12-week program includes warm-ups, Tai Ji Quan forms, and cool-down exercises. It is geared toward adults age 60+, as well as anyone interested in improving balance and reducing fall risk.

There will be a Community Picnic celebrating National Recovery Month on Saturday, September 19, at Central Railyard Park in Ashland!

Bring the whole family for an afternoon of free food, music, games, kids’ activities, community resources, and more. There will also be free Narcan training and distribution, along with a softball tournament and speakers.
