Join at the Warwick Valley Community Center for a four-week life skills class designed for adults of all abilities. Each Wednesday, we'll cook together, learn together, and build real-world skills in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming space.

What do we mean when we say, "neurospicy"?

It's an informal, non-medical way to describe conditions that affect how the brain processes information. People diagnosed with or identifying with conditions like ADHD, Autism, dyslexia, or OCD use it to describe themselves. Many in the community find it affirming, approachable, and a fun way to celebrate the unique way our minds work without the heavy or clinical baggage of medical jargon.

Our next play group is tomorrow! It will be a hot one but we will have water play to help cool us down. Hope to see you there!

We are honored to have been included in the Mental Health Awareness Fair with yesterday! Thank you to Judy and all of the volunteers & fellow vendors who made this event so wonderful. Community overcomes isolation! 💚 Special thanks to the volunteers… the make-your-own squishies were a big hit! ☺️
