This month’s Neurospicy Women’s Group: CAR CLEANOUT! We will have garbage bags, donation bins, shop vacs, and more! Come do this tedious task with other women who are in the same boat.

Now enrolling: Cooking & Connection, Fall 2026!

Cooking & Connection is back! Join Into Inclusion for this hands-on culinary class for adults of ALL ABILITIES. Across four weekly sessions, participants will build essential cooking skills in a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

This program is designed for adults (18+) who:
-Want to learn or improve cooking skills
-Are interested in building community connections
-Are motivated by food and cooking activities
-Benefit from structured, predictable learning environments
-Can safely participate in a group cooking environment (with or without support— caregivers or support staff are welcome at no additional charge)
