🐾 : At Corvias, we believe belly rubs make the day a little brighter!

It’s one of the reasons we partnered with Veterinary Services to register 35 pets at our fast and easy pet registration event.

With veterinary personnel right at our local community center, residents skipped extra appointments and checked pet registration off their list – all in a fun, neighborly atmosphere. It’s part of our commitment to provide helpful on-site services and amenities to our residents for a better quality of life.

Shoutout to Brad Spaid, Lizzie Flores, Ken Coffey, and the rest of the Fort Riley team for making it easier for service members to take care of their fur babies! 🐾💛

🌟 Playtime just got better at Fort Riley!

We cut the ribbon on a brand‑new playground at the Warner Peterson Community Center — with families, excited kids, cookies, and lots of smiles all around 😄🍪🛝.

This new playground reflects Corvias' commitment to investing in vibrant, engaging community spaces that support military families and strengthen connections across Fort Riley neighborhoods.

We’re proud to help create places where children can play, families can gather, and communities can thrive. 💙🏡🌟

High praise: CSM John T. Adkerson gave a shoutout to Corvias during an all-teams meeting at Fort Riley, KS. ⭐going

Adkerson commended the efforts of our local maintenance teams during the recent winter storms that affected much of the U.S. ❄️💪

Corvias technicians worked around the clock to help ensure:

❄️ Advance storm monitoring and planning

We love hearing directly from residents about how our teams show up in the field. 💙

One recent note about Corvias maintenance technician Thomas Brown stood out. 🛠️

What began as a routine repair revealed a more time-sensitive issue. After assessing the situation, Thomas escalated it and coordinated a same-day resolution, keeping the resident informed throughout. The resident later shared it was “the best experience they’ve had,” crediting the power of “one person’s care” and follow-through. 🏡🤝

This is the standard Thomas brings to his work. Kudos to Thomas and our Corvias team members who show up for military families every day!💛👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

🎉 New Playground Open at Fort Sill — Fort Riley Up Next! 🛝

Corvias just unveiled a brand‑new community playground at , OK, thanks to the Cunningham Recreation / GameTime grant—with another coming soon to , KS! 🌟

This space was intentionally designed to help families meet neighbors, build connections, and feel at home faster. 🏡🤝

Fort Sill Garrison Command Sgt. Maj. Jared English shared that playgrounds give children a place to “make friends and feel a sense of stability during a life of frequent moves and deployments.”

With many veterans on our team, Corvias uniquely understands the military lifestyle. We work hard to create shared spaces—playgrounds, community centers, and resident events—that turn neighborhoods into communities. ✨

We love the photos by Nadine Wykert, a Fort Sill military spouse. 📸

Blog: Navigating Uncertainty: How Corvias Supported the Total Force During the Shutdown 01/30/2026

🤝 During the government shutdown late last year, our Corvias team members like Devarie stepped up - communicating proactively and taking special measures to ensure residents didn’t face housing insecurity.

One resident even wrote to us about Elsy, saying her “empathy and attention to detail were front and center.”

Elsy says it was simply about “humanity and respect.”

Corvias and our U.S. Army partners are extending energy modernization across our entire Army housing portfolio — bringing energy-efficient systems to every Corvias-managed military community at a time of rising electricity costs nationwide. 🌍⚡

These upgrades increase comfort, help lower energy costs, and improve quality of life for Soldiers and their families. 🏠💪

Average residential electricity prices in the U.S. increased approximately 6.8% year-over-year in late 2025 according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, meaning efficiency improvements are more important than ever as demand surges.

✨🤝 Corvias Caring in Action! ❄️🧥

Our Corvias Fort Riley team is joining up with Fresh Start Inc in Junction City, KS, to provide essential items this winter. 💙
