Bio:
Sebastian Arboleda is an actor, educator, and creative consultant with an MFA from the Yale School of Drama. His training spans a range of techniques including Michael Chekhov, Uta Hagen, and Meisner, with a particular focus on imagination, psychological gesture, and the actor’s inner life.

As a teacher and coach, Sebastian has worked with actors and students across disciplines, helping them gain acceptance into leading BFA and MFA programs including NYU, Columbia University, DePaul University, the University of Houston, and the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. His work emphasizes clarity of thought, emotional truth, and a strong connection between body and imagination.

Sebastian’s approach to the Michael Chekhov technique centers on the integration of movement, atmosphere, and creative impulse, encouraging actors to move beyond intellectualization and into embodied, expressive storytelling. He is passionate about helping performers unlock their creative potential and develop a deeper connection to their instrument.
