When people ask what I do, there’s usually a pause.
After I mention a few modalities, I can almost see people’s eyes start to cross, and honestly, I get a little tongue tied trying to explain it all.
If you’ve worked with me, you know it’s more than a massage.
The bottom line is this:
I hold people in loving presence and help them reconnect with themselves. Through bodywork, breath, awareness, and deep listening, I help people gain a deeper understanding of what they need in order to feel better, more alive, and more at home in their body.
As I continue to learn, my work will continue to expand. Thank you for your patience and your continued willingness to work with me.

Waking up with jaw pain isn’t something you have to live with! 🙌
clenching. popping. tension.
i see this shift all the time—
less clicking
smoother tracking of teeth
sinus pressure easing (especially this season)
people leave softer
eyes brighter
like their body finally let go!

spring is beautiful
and also… brutal if your body is inflamed
massage has been shown to
lower cortisol (your stress hormone)
support lymphatic flow
and improve circulation
all of which influence how your body responds to inflammation
translation:
when your system feels safer
it reacts less aggressively
less tension
less stagnation
more adaptability
this isn’t about pampering
it’s about giving your body a better environment to function
if your allergies hit every spring
your body might not need more force
it might need more support

Four mildly random facts about me…
1. One of my favorite things while traveling is hounding cafés—cozy spaces where you can sit with a laptop and meet baristas who really know how to froth ☕️
2. My dad taught me about breathwork and yoga when I was a kid, and now he gets to take my classes…full circle moments (breathwork later helped me move through panic attacks)
3. I love creating experiences…so far I’ve hosted retreats in NY, PA, AZ, Greece, Lithuania—and next year Portugal 🇵🇹 (I was chased by a boar in Greece but that’s for another post)
4. I fell in love with cows while I was in Switzerland and we are pretty much soul mates (but also cats for lyfe) 🐄
