Dear Hurricanes Families,
Please read the important information below, regarding LATE BUSES at Warwick Vets.
Late Bus Information – Warwick Vets
Availability:
Late buses run Monday through Thursday each week.
Eligibility Requirements:
-Students must be participating in a school-sponsored event, detention, department night, or club from 2:25 to 3:10 PM.
-Students cannot hang around after school and still take the late bus, they must have a reason to be after school.
-Only students who are eligible for regular school buses to and from school daily, may use the late bus.
Important Notes:
-Late buses have different bus numbers and stops than regular day-to-day buses. Please review the attached bus list and stops carefully.
Ensure your child knows:
-Which NUMBER late bus to take.
-The correct stop by street name. Not all stops are needed, so knowing what “number” stop it is, is not helpful. They need to know the names of the streets at their stop. *Recommendation : Write this information on an index card and have your child leave it in their backpack!
If your child doesn't know their late bus info, staff will help—but it’s best to know in advance.
Timing:
Late buses arrive at Vets between 3:15 and 3:50 PM. Students are loaded and sent home as quickly as possible during that window.
