Our first week was a success! 🎉 It’s been wonderful seeing our students filling the hall and making campus feel lively and welcoming. We kicked off the semester by welcoming students with a dirty soda and coffee bar. ☕️🥤

We’re so excited for all that Fall 2026 has in store and can’t wait to see the memories, friendships, and accomplishments this semester will bring! 🍂📚✨

Schedule Update: The Morgan County campus will close early on Monday, August 3, at 4:30pm ET to allow faculty and staff to attend scheduled memorial services for campus security guard Bobby Nunley.

Roane State has announced the launch of a new Applied and Innovative Technology Division, appointing Dr. Sylvia Pastor as founding dean to lead the next generation academic unit.

Class of 2026: At least 16 total hours
Current college students: At least 32 total hours

Attention Roane State students! The Roane State Foundation scholarship application has briefly reopened. There's still time to get your application submitted, but the window will close soon on July 29! ⏰

Over $500,000 in aid was awarded last year to help cover books, supplies, transportation expenses, and more. You're eligible to apply as long as you have at least a 2.5 GPA.
