Youth Cheer Sign up night will be this Wednesday. This year cheerleader’s will receive uniforms, pomp’s, and a bow. Fees will be going up to 150 to cover cost. If there are parents that cannot make it to sign up night please reach out here on the cheer page to ask questions.

A big welcome to our newest faculty! Today was their first official day as Wildcats! 🐾

They spent the day with our administrative team and mentors learning what it means to be a Wildcat, while getting settled into their buildings and classrooms before the rest of our staff returns tomorrow for districtwide back-to-school PD.

Sign up/parent meeting!!!

This is on Wednesday, August 19th at 6:30pm @ the High School gym. Price is $40. This will include the team shirt and league fees. I will have a practice schedule for you the first day. Practice days will be Monday and Thursdays! ALL games will be played on Saturdays. Just a reminder, we do travel to different towns so you will have to provide your own transportation. For more information please attend the first day!

Due to the late start of the season, we WILL NOT take late sign ups OR late payment. So you MUST attend the FIRST night with payment to be able to play.

High school will be having practices till 6 and they have closed practices. Please wait outside until I let you in so we wont be interrupting their practice. Thank You, From the High School Coaches

Last week our admin team hosted our annual Back-to-School BBQ for faculty and staff! It’s always a great way for our Wildcat family to kick off the school year together—and with their families! 💚 🐾 🤍

Tomorrow, our new faculty will begin their first official day at Warsaw, and on Tuesday, all employees will be back in their buildings, working hard to prepare for Open House and the first day of school! 🎉

🏀 Meet Mr. Hernandez — our new Social Studies Teacher at JBMS! 🏀

We’re excited to welcome Mr. Hernandez to the Warsaw R-IX faculty! He graduated from the University of Central Missouri after previously attending Oak Grove High School. As a first-year teacher, he gained experience through practicums across K-12 grade levels as well as student teaching at both the secondary and elementary levels.

In addition to teaching, Mr. Hernandez will serve as an Assistant High School Boys Basketball Coach. He is a big sports fan who enjoys baseball, basketball, football, and recently started playing golf. He also enjoys working out, relaxing, and spending time with family and friends. 🏀⚾️🏈

Mr. Hernandez is excited to begin his teaching career in Warsaw after hearing great things about the district from former teachers who have worked here. He looks forward to meeting new people, building connections, and helping students learn and become excited about learning.
