🌿 Become a Purdue Extension Master Gardener! 🌿

Do you love gardening and want to share your knowledge with others? Join our Fall 2026 Purdue Extension Master Gardener Basic Training and gain the skills to support home horticulture education!

🗓 Class Dates: Mondays, September 14 – December 14, 2026
⏰ Time: 1:00–4:00 PM
📍 Location: Purdue Extension Kosciusko County Office

• $175 per person

📢 Extension Office Closed for Fair Week

The Purdue Extension Kosciusko County Office will be closed Friday, July 10, through Friday, July 17, as our staff will be at the Kosciusko County 4-H Fair.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 20.

If you have questions or need assistance during the fair, please stop by the 4-H Fair Office, located between the Dairy & Beef Barns. We're happy to help!

🌱🥗 Putting lessons into action!

After spending the past several weeks learning about plant growth, where food comes from, and the important role farmers play, the kindergarteners at Lincoln Elementary got to enjoy the harvest from their Tower Garden!

Students harvested fresh vegetables, created their own salads, and even used the veggies to help identify the parts of a plant. There’s nothing better than seeing hands-on learning come full circle — from seed to salad! 🌿

We’ve loved partnering with these young learners and helping them grow their knowledge one lesson at a time. 💛🖤
