The Gallatin County Family Resource Center is pleased to coordinate the School Smiles Dentist Program for students at Gallatin County Lower & Upper Elementary.

If you are interested in having your child participate, please complete the registration using the link provided below or return the consent paperwork that was sent home during the first week of school.

Update: Please be aware that the FRC is simply providing the training. We do not make decisions about background checks. If you have questions or concerns please call your child’s school or the District Office. Thanks!

Parents who would like to volunteer in our classrooms or attend upcoming field trips are invited to attend our volunteer training!

Please call the Family Resource Center at (859) 567-7644 to reserve your spot. 📞

A training spot must be reserved in advance to attend. We will have paperwork for you to fill out when you arrive. Please make sure to have your Driver's License.

We appreciate our families who want to be involved and support our students! 💙

We have been waiting for just the right moment to share some very exciting news, and we can’t hold onto it any longer…

Earlier this week, we were notified that our very own, Ms. Liz, is the recipient of the 2026 Elementary School Counselor of the Year!

While we have always known what an incredible human Ms. Liz is, now the rest of the state knows it, too!

Ms. Liz will receive her award at the Kentucky School Counselor Conference in September.

Please join our Upper Elementary Family in congratulating Ms. Liz on this well-deserved recognition.
