This year, we’re excited to partner with United Way to make Tiger Tuesday recognition even more special! EACH Tiger Tuesday honoree will receive a $100 Chamber Kosciusko Cash gift card from United Way!

On top of that- every nomination matters! Each quarter, nominees who weren’t selected for a Tiger Tuesday spotlight will be entered into a special drawing for another smaller gift card!

We are so grateful to have Mrs. Stiers on our 6th Grade team!

The Warsaw Education Foundation is excited to kick of another school year! Our schools have amazing teachers and staff that pour into our students everyday. We will be highlighting some of our April Honor an Educator recipients who have positively impacted students in our schools!

Emmitt G. at Washington Elementary School nominated Mrs. Stiers and shared "Thank you for the positive impact you’ve had on Emmett this year. Your kindness, approachability, and strong connection with your students make such a difference. You encourage them to grow, work hard, and believe in themselves. We truly appreciate all that you do each day—it does not go unnoticed." Congrats Mrs. Stiers!

We cannot wait to see all those smiles on August 6th from 4:30 to 6, during our Back to School Night!

Stop by the PTO table at Back to School Night on August 6th! We have calendars with events for the year and a little treat for students.

You can also visit Northern Indiana Graphics to grab some new Washington STEM Academy Spirit Wear.

We know you're likely cleaning out items right now in anticipation of back to school and that is a good time to drop off donations for the Washington Wardrobe and Community Pantry.

A few notes about donations:

As a friendly reminder, we accept gently used clothes and shoes in the pantry and NEW underwear and socks for boys and girls, all sizes. Stay tuned for our more urgent needs.

The pantry is always in need of non-perishable food and hygiene items. This is NOT a place to just drop all kinds of items. It's disrespectful to the volunteers that run it and it makes it difficult for us to provide what is needed. Clothes go to the office for the Wardrobe, books can go in the free little library and we encourage you to donate toys and other items to Goodwill or Combined Community Services.

We are ready for another year and look forward to serving our teachers, staff, and students.

We can already hear some of you: "𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿!" 𝗼𝗿 "𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁!" 𝗼𝗿 "𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁?"

Fair. 😅 But for those planners, list-makers, calendar-updaters, and "I need to know what time school starts in August right now" people, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟕 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤-𝐭𝐨-𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞!
