The last week of school was lots of fun! We held our annual Alex’s Lemonade Stand was a great success! Almost time for back to school!

Week 3 at camp we soared into space with a special visit from Stars on the Move !

Last week at camp we rocked our bodies with Sensei Joe from East West Karate, Ms Eileen’s Music, and Puppets Pizazz! And we watched the playground work begin!

Wonderful night celebrating the end of the school@year with Extended Hours

The Edelman Dinosaur Museum came to visit us for our first week of camp! We learned about fossils, saw really big dinosaur teeth and had fun in the hands on activities!

This week is also going to be a busy week for our playground! On Monday 6/8 the old fence comes down and work will begin. We are grateful to Barclay Elementary for giving us permission to use their kindergarten playground during the construction, and to our Board Member, Jen O’Meara who has coordinated the entire project. It’s going to be fun watching the work and seeing the change happen!
We want to thank everyone who supported our fundraising efforts for the last several years and made the playground renovation possible. Thanks to you, we will be able to replace the fence, remove the mulch and replace it with a rubberized surface, replace the swing set, and add a toddler friendly set of swings and play structure to the tot lot!
